bd33g Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when registering or using the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bd33g or any of its licensed Game Providers.
• Participation in online gambling is legal under the laws applicable to you in your specific jurisdiction. bd33g does not provide legal advice; it is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

bd33g reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, balance forfeiture pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on bd33g. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

bd33g operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

You must notify bd33g immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you observe any transaction on your Account that you did not initiate. bd33g cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

bd33g may, at its sole discretion, implement additional security measures including SMS one-time passwords (OTP), login location alerts, device fingerprinting, and session timeout controls. You agree to cooperate with these measures and acknowledge that they are implemented for your protection.

bd33g accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment accounts and cards used must be registered in the same name as the bd33g Account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Withdrawal to Payment Source: bd33g operates a return-to-source policy where technically feasible. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet — or the same Visa or Mastercard — used for the original deposit. Where the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be agreed on a case-by-case basis following satisfactory KYC review.

Anti-Money Laundering: bd33g is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All transactions are monitored. bd33g reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal, request additional documentation, or report activity to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds originate from or are intended for unlawful purposes. General bonus conditions applicable to all bd33g promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer. Uncompleted bonus balances will expire at the end of this period.

All bets and wagers placed on bd33g — whether on sports markets (including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, tennis, football, kabaddi) or casino and slot games — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market, game, or event as published on the platform at the time the wager is placed.

bd33g reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was published in error (incorrect odds, incorrect participant, or incorrect event details).
• Technical errors or system faults caused incorrect odds or game outcomes to be presented.
• There is evidence that the bet was placed using prohibited software, automation tools, or exploiting a known system vulnerability.
• The underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise rendered impossible to settle under the published rules.

All casino and slot game outcomes on bd33g are determined by certified RNG software supplied by the respective Game Provider. bd33g does not influence or alter game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in your browser and the result recorded on the Game Provider's server, the server record shall be considered the authoritative result.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market and are displayed at the point of wagering. bd33g reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where irregular or professional betting patterns are detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd33g platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or accessing it from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that originate from illegal activities or that are intended to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to give an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or mathematical errors in odds or game paytables — whether or not the exploit was intentional.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live table games, or any other game format where collective action could unfairly influence outcomes.

• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes in respect of legitimate transactions on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd33g staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

bd33g is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We provide the following tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in BDT. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bd33g platform without the prior written consent of bd33g or the relevant rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd33g, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

bd33g provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bd33g will use reasonable endeavours to ensure platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access at all times.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate in all gaming and betting activities on bd33g at your own risk, and that losses resulting from normal gameplay do not constitute grounds for compensation or refund claims against bd33g.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

bd33g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to payment terms, eligibility criteria, or bonus conditions — bd33g will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on file or via an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Amendments to these Terms & Conditions take effect from the date published on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the bd33g platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions and your use of the bd33g platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bd33g holds its international offshore operating licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and bd33g, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] and describe the nature of your complaint in writing. bd33g will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve it within ten (10) business days of receipt.
